The inaugural Harvest Garden Festival was held over this last weekend, 11 and 12 February 2023. Twelve garden owners from Strathalbyn to Semaphore opened their gardens to allow visitors the opportunity to explore the productive side of gardening.

Open Gardens South Australia has generated over one million dollars for charity in just six and a half years. Hundreds of garden owners have allowed 120,000 visitors to look around their beautiful back yards, donating proceeds to scores of local charities.
What a roller-coaster season we've had! We hope you've enjoyed visiting gardens in our first full season with Covid. Due to conflicting advice, we were unable to open some gardens at the start of the season, but got underway in October.
